# How many AI credits does it take to write a blog post?

See the price for the post you are about to create and what can change it.

There is no single credit price for every post. In **Write a post**, choose your research depth and writing model, then check the estimate before you start. A typical AI post can include research, an outline, a draft, and a hero image. Choosing a different model, using deeper research, or requesting another draft can change the total.

Choose **Write it myself** to type and save a draft without using AI credits. The original you save this way uses one **Posts kept** slot. If you use AI to rewrite, improve, or translate it later, check the price shown for that action. A translation linked to the original uses the same post slot.
