## November 8, 2026

-   **Shared links show a card in your blog's colors.** A link to a post now previews with the post's picture under its title, your logo, the category and the reading time, in a deep shade of your brand color. The blog's home page has a card too. -   **Share buttons on every post, with a switch to hide them.** X, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Reddit, email and copy link, under the byline and after the article. Owners and admins can turn them off under Settings → Appearance. Link previews now go out as small JPEG pictures, so chat apps show them.
    
-   **Your blog in its own language.** The Default language under Settings → General now decides which language the home page shows each post in, when a translation exists. A reader who opens a post in another language is kept in that language: the blog's name, "All posts" and the category and tag links lead to the home page in that language, and the post's share buttons share that language's address.
    
-   **A quality check card on the Publish step, and the reading level on every post.** The card shows the score in five areas, the sources cited, the words, and the post's reading grade against the top-ranking articles. Published posts say their reading level beside the reading time. -   **Twelve kinds of article.** Research now recognises Alternatives, Cost guide, News update and Case study beside the eight kinds it knew, matches the format the top three ranking articles share, and writes to the reading level they are written at. -   **Developer API.** Research briefs carry length\_plan.type with the twelve kinds, length\_plan.basis, reading\_level and top\_results\_warning. The OpenAPI description is version 1.2.0 and the SDK is 0.3.0.
