# Why is my connected AI model missing from the draft editor?

Check the provider connection, your saved models, and whether the team can see them.

1.  Ask an owner or admin to open **Settings → Integrations** for the Blog Site you are editing. Check that **Use my own AI keys** is on and the provider shows as connected.
    
2.  Open that provider. Under **Models your team can use**, select the model and save. Turn on **Show in draft editor**. An owner or admin can do this if you do not have access.
    
3.  With **Only after my plan’s AI credits run out** on, the editor shows the plan choices first. An eligible saved model can take over if the available credits do not cover the next writing step. To offer the provider’s models for immediate selection, the owner or admin can turn that option off while keeping **Use my own AI keys** on.
    
4.  If the provider list could not load, select **Retry**. If the service still does not offer a model you expected, check model access and billing in your provider account.
