# Where can I check a credit charge or refund?

Find the actual charge after an AI action and know what to send Support if it looks wrong.

A Blog Site owner or admin can open **Billing → Credit activity**. Find the action by time and Blog Site. A quote is the estimate shown before you start. A charge and a later full refund can both appear, even when the final cost is zero. A step performed entirely on your own key with no change to your PixelClaw balance may have no entry. Your provider’s charges appear in its own billing account. If you cannot see Billing, ask your Blog Site owner or admin.

For a **whole-post improvement**, the result also shows the credits used and the model when a receipt is available. Reading its suggestions or applying that completed improvement does not charge for the same run again. Starting a new AI improvement is a new request.

If the amount still looks wrong, choose **Talk to a person** in Support. Give the Blog Site, action, approximate time, and the amount you saw. A teammate can review your specific charge; do not send payment details or provider keys.
